By visiting our site, booking a session, or purchasing a subscription from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICING

  • Prices for our coaching packages and subscriptions are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a Service (or any part thereof) without notice.

  • Subscription Commitment: For subscription-based coaching, a minimum of 4 billing charges must be completed before a cancellation request can be processed.

SECTION 5 - COACHING SESSIONS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Certain coaching programs or digital resources may be available exclusively online. These may have limited availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our Services to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis. We do not warrant that the quality of any services, information, or other material purchased will meet your specific personal expectations, as coaching results vary by individual effort.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT ACCURACY

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings. You agree to promptly update your email and payment methods so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools (such as scheduling software or fitness trackers). Use of these tools is at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm related to the purchase or use of goods or services from third-party websites linked through our platform.

SECTION 8 - USER FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS

If you send us testimonials, suggestions, or creative ideas, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, and publish them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

You assume full responsibility for any physical, mental, or professional changes or risks associated with the advice provided.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GC Coaching from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

SECTION 12 - SEVERABILITY & TERMINATION

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, that part shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid. These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or us. Obligations incurred prior to termination (including the 4-charge minimum for subscriptions) shall survive the termination.

SECTION 13 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
